Terms of Service

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Tunl Inc., doing business as Aesthetic (“we”, “us”), about Orbit: the website and app, the Orbit connector your AI agent uses, the private plugin we make for you, and the orbit-connect command-line tool. By using Orbit, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect. If you don't agree, please don't use Orbit.

Who can use Orbit

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 if you live in the European Economic Area or the UK. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. If you use Orbit for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that company.

Your account

What Orbit is

Orbit helps you find AI skills, tools and setups for what you're building, from the creators and builders you follow. It works with agents made by other companies, such as Claude, Codex, Cursor and VS Code. Your use of those agents is covered by their own terms, not ours.

Orbit is new and changing quickly. We may add, change or remove features, and we can't promise Orbit will always be available or work without errors.

Send to my agent and Run it. These buttons put a skill or agent in your agent, and Run it opens your agent with a prompt Orbit wrote. Nothing runs until you press Enter in your agent. Your agent acts on your behalf, under your control and with the access you gave it, so you're responsible for what it does, including any files it changes, messages it sends, money it spends and services it signs you up for. Read the prompt and the skill before you run them.

Skills come from third-party creators

Most skills on Orbit are made and shared by independent creators, not by us. We curate the catalog and scan skills for risky instructions, but we can't guarantee that any skill is safe, accurate, legal or fit for your purpose, and a scan can miss things.

Your content

You own what you bring to Orbit: your setup summary, your scan, the edits you make to it, your cover images and your own skills. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to run Orbit and as you choose. For example, private builds are shown only to you, and public ones are shown to people on Orbit. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already received through features you chose to use.

Only upload content you have the right to share. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Creators' content and takedowns

The catalog shows public skills and public Instagram and YouTube posts, credited and linked to the original. YouTube videos play in YouTube's embedded player, and by watching them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

If you're a creator and want your content removed or corrected, or you believe something on Orbit infringes your copyright, email hi@ljnorth.com with a link to it. We'll act within 5 business days. We remove content and close accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use Orbit to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Instagram “tag to add”

If you link your Instagram account and comment to add a skill, you let us receive those comments from Meta, add the matching skill to your Orbit, and reply publicly to your comment. Instagram's own terms still apply to your Instagram use. Orbit isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. You can unlink at any time; the Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long.

Paid plans and purchases

Selling on Orbit

If you publish an agent or skill on Orbit, free or priced:

Our stuff

Orbit's software, design, name and logo, and the way we curate and describe the catalog, belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use Orbit, the connector, the plugin we make for you and the orbit-connect tool as these terms allow. Creators' skills and posts belong to their creators.

Ending

You can stop using Orbit at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hi@ljnorth.com. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering Orbit; when we can, we'll tell you first. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as disclaimers, liability and disputes, continue after your account ends.

Disclaimers

Orbit is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that Orbit or any skill is merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, accurate, safe, non-infringing or free of errors, viruses or interruptions. Recommendations, summaries and descriptions on Orbit, including ones written with AI, can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them.

Orbit doesn't give legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice, and nothing on Orbit is a promise of any result, income or outcome. Skills, agents and creators' content come from third parties; we don't control them and aren't responsible for them. You use skills, agents, your own AI agent and any third-party service at your own risk.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tunl Inc. and its owners, team, partners and service providers aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, however caused and even if we were told they were possible. This includes anything that comes from skills or agents you install or run, actions your AI agent takes, creators' content, third-party services you use with Orbit, or Orbit being unavailable.

Our total liability for all claims about Orbit, together, is limited to the greater of what you paid Orbit in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your law allows.

If your use of Orbit, your content, anything you publish or sell, or anything your agent does breaks these terms, the law or someone else's rights, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to defend us and cover our losses and reasonable costs, including lawyers' fees.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, email hi@ljnorth.com and give us 30 days to try to sort it out.

Arbitration and class-action waiver. If we can't sort it out, you and we agree to resolve any dispute about Orbit by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Claims may only be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, and there are no jury trials. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hi@ljnorth.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Anything not arbitrated will be handled in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.

Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, where the law allows that limit. If you live in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of your local consumer laws and courts, and this arbitration section doesn't apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you by email or on Orbit before they take effect. If you keep using Orbit after that, you accept the new terms.
